KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full P&L ownership: drive financial performance, margin improvement, and cost discipline.

• Lead Opex management initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.

• Establish and cascade clear performance goals aligned with business strategy.

• Integrate company policies and procedures into daily business unit operations.

• Oversee production KPIs, quality metrics, and lean process initiatives to meet business targets.

• Monitor operations to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues.

• Collaborate with Quality Director to uphold and continuously improve quality standards.

• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team; foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and development.

• Partner with HR to support workforce planning, staffing, and talent development.

• Strengthen internal and external customer relationships to drive service excellence and revenue growth.

• Lead strategic planning for new opportunities, market trends, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex MRO or manufacturing environment; aerospace/aviation industry experience highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in owning and improving P&L performance and managing operating expenses.

• Proven ability to build and develop leadership teams that deliver measurable results.

• Strong change agent capable of driving operational transformation and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives is highly desirable.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding OTD (On-Time Delivery) and TAT (Turnaround Time) goals.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
