Banyan Search is helping a client in finding a Staff Accountant who's all about accuracy, ownership, and getting things done.
If you love digging into the details, closing the books, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this one's for you.
What You'll Do
- Own journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close for multiple entities.
- Keep accounts clean, handle intercompany, accruals, and general ledger work.
- Jump in on audits, reporting, and process improvement projects.
- Help with payables, process invoices, payments, and vendor questions.
- Step in to support payroll processing when needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Around 3+ years in accounting — you know your debits from your credits.
- Strong Excel and system skills.
- Detail-driven, organized, and solid under pressure.
- A team player who cares about accuracy and integrity.
