As our Business Development Manager, you'll own new business growth across Raleigh, NC commercial real estate and healthcare sectors. You'll build trusted partnerships with facility managers, general contractors, and hospital executives, selling emergency remediation, specialty cleaning, and restoration services. Your day includes pitching tailored solutions, navigating compliance-heavy environments, and collaborating with operations to deliver seamless results. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, On-call (M-F, nights/weekends as needed)
• Travel : As needed
• Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
• Estimated Total Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 (includes annual and performance bonuses)
• Company Vehicle: gas & maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
