More advanced supply chain role with responsibility for inventory management, system usage, and supporting operational efficiency across hospital departments.
Short Explanation
Level 2 associates take ownership of inventory processes, troubleshoot supply issues, and may support OR/procedural areas, mentor others, and work more independently with systems and reporting.
Must-Haves
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of supply chain/logistics/inventory experience
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counting
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience
- OR / sterile processing / procedural area exposure
- Experience with invoice reconciliation or purchase orders
- Experience with vendor management or consignment inventory
- Experience pulling reports or using data to adjust inventory
