Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their client's legal office in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Prepare, organize, and file documents
• Provide administrative support for Social Security Disability cases
• Utilize Microsoft Office and legal case management software (training provided)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Legal office experience preferred but not required

Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Wilkesboro, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
