Commercial Roofing Service Manager – Charlotte, NC
Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 base + commission/bonus (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Lead & Grow: Oversee service operations, sales, and field performance—driving revenue growth and ensuring strong profit margins.
Engage Clients: Qualify work orders, prepare estimates, roof surveys, and preventive maintenance reports that set us apart as trusted roofing advisors.
Run Operations Smoothly: Manage pricing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting to keep projects on budget and the business running efficiently.
Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and office staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and safety.
Build Relationships: Strengthen existing client partnerships while prospecting new business opportunities, including preventive maintenance and emergency response programs.
Champion Safety: Enforce safety policies, manage training and documentation, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Deliver Projects with Excellence: Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations.
Stay Organized: Prepare proposals, purchase orders, and other project documentation with precision and professionalism.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service management or a closely related role.
A proven ability to lead teams , manage operations, and grow service revenue.
Deep understanding of commercial roofing systems , materials, and service standards.
Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business reporting.
A track record of motivating teams and maintaining accountability.
