Key Responsibilities:

• Receive goods into the warehouse system, verifying against purchase orders or advanced ship notices

• Validate the condition and quantities of returned materials against return authorizations, noting any discrepancies.

• Use pick lists or handheld computer instructions to retrieve material from stock and move it to the order fill area.

• Complete packaging of orders according to established guidelines.

• Apply labels and insert required documents on shipments.

• Perform shipment transactions for outgoing orders, verifying shipment counts and packaging integrity.

• Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate loading and marking.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills with the ability to use handheld scanners, RF devices or warehouse management systems.

• Ability to lift 20- 40lb repetitively and move materials safely.
