  • Status: Full-time
  • Location: Field-based, USA
  • Travel: 70% Travel
  • Summary: You are a skilled electrician or installation technician who will use their craft in a fast-growing tech company focused on changing how the pharmaceutical industry handles temperature compliance globally.

About Eupry

  • Eupry is a Danish scaleup serving over 1,000 customers.
  • The company provides wireless monitoring, automated mapping, validation, and calibration solutions.
  • They help pharmaceutical, biotech, and logistics companies ensure temperature compliance across the entire supply chain.
  • The American office is founder-led and growing at 300% year-over-year.

The Opportunity & Career Growth

  • The company needs someone who cares deeply about the quality of installation, including clean cabling, precise mounting, and treating every site like it matters.
  • You will deploy wireless monitoring systems (data loggers, gateways, sensors) in facilities such as pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, and logistics warehouses across the USA and internationally.
  • This role is a starting point, with a direct path to team lead positions, technical project management, or other specialized roles inside the company as Eupry scales.
  • Eupry promotes from within and rewards people who grow with the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the physical installation of wireless monitoring systems: mounting sensors, routing cables, and configuring gateways to a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Verify connectivity: perform IP assignments, ping tests, signal strength checks, and ensure every device has a solid connection to the cloud platform before leaving the site.
  • Execute Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols and produce audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate handoff to the Validation Team with a fully documented, fully functional system.
  • Work in diverse environments, including cleanrooms, production floors, -80°C freezers, and busy logistics hubs, adapting and delivering regardless of the setting.
  • Travel across the US and Canada (~70% travel, roughly 3 of 4 weeks per month), with regular international trips including Copenhagen, Denmark.

Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

  • The ideal candidate is a trained electrician or hands-on installation technician who cares about doing the job right. Pharmaceutical experience is not required, as Eupry will teach the industry.
  • Trained electrician, installation technician, or similar hands-on technical background.
  • Sharp eye for physical alignment, secure mounting, and clean, professional cabling.
  • Tech-curious: able to troubleshoot a LAN connection, understand DHCP vs. Static IP, and verify systems are communicating correctly.
  • Comfortable reading and working with technical documentation, SOPs, and work orders.
  • Customer-facing confidence: you enjoy being on-site, solving problems in real-time, and making clients feel taken care of.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in leaving a site better than you found it.
  • Valid driver's license and current passport (must be able to travel freely).

Nice to have (not required)

  • IPAF PAL Card (categories 3a/3b) or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
  • Experience working in GxP, pharmaceutical, food production, or laboratory environments.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GDP protocols or cleanroom etiquette.

Life in the Field

  • This is a high-impact, field-based role where you are the hands-on expert clients rely on.
  • You will travel 70% across the United States and Canada, with opportunities for international deployment.
  • A comprehensive travel budget covers all flights, hotels, and daily per diem.
  • You keep all airline miles and hotel points earned for your personal use.
  • There are regular visits to Eupry HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Work environments range from +25°C labs to -80°C ultra-low freezers and busy logistics cross-docks.
