Lean Industrialization Engineer, Machining Systems

• Do you turn GD&T into practical tooling, fixturing, and capable processes?
• Have you led PPAPs and used FTF measurement to pinpoint and remove waste?
• Can you partner with design to simplify features and lower cost without compromising quality?
• Are you comfortable running schedules, costs, and budgets while coordinating suppliers?

Impact you’ll own

• Engineer and optimize machining systems and production equipment.
• Drive process improvements using lean principles and structured change management.
• Support FTF tracking and complete PPAP documentation to customer standards.
• Lead inspections, interpret data, and recommend design or process enhancements.
• Mine process data to elevate throughput and quality while reducing waste.
• Manage small projects end-to-end and coordinate supplier/subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Mentor peers and foster continuous learning.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–6 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Background in design, development, and specification.
• Experience handling project schedules, costing, and budgeting.

Nice-to-haves

• CNC and machining process experience.
• Lean manufacturing expertise and change management experience.
• Strong analytical and process optimization capabilities.
• Supplier and subcontractor coordination experience.
