Team leaders work to provide excellent leadership, customer service, ensure that all tasks are completed fully, and support/comply with all operating systems.
Our ideal candidate will be able to lead in a positive environment, have reliable transportation, and flexible hours. Competitive hourly rate plus opportunities to earn additional income through tips.

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manage or other part time restaurant job at: Ben & Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Team Lead Requirements:

* Ideal Team Leader candidates will have previous leadership experience and are eager to join a close-knit family, loves to have fun and is ready to learn how to run a successful store
* Also, must have a sense of community, and enjoy volunteering for local non-profits
* Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
* Be able to push, pull, lift and carry 20lbs without assistance
* Be able to provide respectful customer service
* Open Flexibility: able to work Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays
