Our Maintenance and Operations teams are the people that make and enable the packaging of our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a "Safety First, Quality Always" mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

- Your Fellowship Project You will partner with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of efficiency, productivity, operational excellence and lean practices, cost improvements, energy conservation and waste minimization.

The intent of the fellowship is to:
•-------Provide an understanding of pharmaceutical packaging through rotations in maintenance, packaging operations and supply chain logistics
•-------Analyze and optimize processes supporting and enabling packaging
•-------Develop strategies, tools and actions to meet site and corporate targets, while improving overall efficiency at the site

- Experience/Skills We are Looking for: •-------Strong maintenance, troubleshooting and operations knowledge
•-------Cross-functional collaboration applying project management and organizational skills
•-------Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
•-------Work experience in a results-driven environment
•-------Strategic/critical thinking
•-------Experience working on cross-functional teams
•-------Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Primary Work Site/Schedule On site; Monday-Thursday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
