Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• ACLS/BLS certification (current)
• Proficient in triage, rapid assessment, and prioritization of care
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, compassionate patient care in a dynamic emergency department
• Conduct rapid assessments and initiate appropriate patient interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff on care plans
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation throughout all phases of care
• Respond effectively to changes in patient status, including emergencies
