Analyst, Procurement

As the Procurement Analyst, you will support GXO’s sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and Procure-to-Pay operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective procurement processes, supplier compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Leverage spend reporting to drive stakeholders to preferred suppliers through outreach and process support
- Oversee the administration of GXO’s cell phone program using the Tangoe system
- Lead training material development activities for GXO’s Procure-to-Pay system (Oracle Fusion)
- Support sourcing strategies and initiatives, including partnering with Category Managers to perform bid analyses
- Help manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring accurate contract information and supplier performance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business management, or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
- Solid experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
It’d be great if you also have:
- Availability to travel 5–10% of the time
- Experience working within Procure-to-Pay or Procurement
- Visual Basic or other coding capabilities
- Experience working independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
