What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  
• Supervise RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and graduate trainees.
  
• Provide caregiver coaching and family support to reinforce therapy goals.
  
• Analyze data to monitor progress and guide clinical decisions.
  
• Lead team meetings and foster collaboration across disciplines.
  
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and ensure high-quality clinical practices.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  
• Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• A compassionate, collaborative approach to client and team relationships.
