Are you a BCBA ready to make your mark and build something meaningful from the ground up? Majestic Care ABA is looking for a Founding Clinical Leader to help launch and grow our North Carolina services.
Location: Hybrid (in-home/community within ~30 miles + remote days)
Job Type: Full-time
Your Role (First 612 Months):
Build the clinical foundation
Deliver high-quality therapy: conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide family guidance
Manage a small caseload of 810 clients
Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs
Growth Path:
Infancy Stage (020 clients): Founding Clinician Lead direct care while helping establish clinical systems
Expansion Stage (2040 clients): Regional Manager Take on supervision and strengthen operational systems
Growing Phase (40+ clients): Regional Director Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and lead state-level initiatives
What Were Looking For:
Active BCBA certification + NC LBA
3+ years of experience, including RBT supervision
Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and family guidance
Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
