**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Individual who is self motivated and could work independently in solving moderately complex cross-functional business needs.
+ Collaborates with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure that the project needs are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions; evaluates project deliverables to ensure they meet specifications, functional and performance standards.
+ Works collaboratively with the software development team in brainstorming and solutioning strategies that contributes to the overall team's productivity.
+ Coordinates, executes, and participates in oncall rotation, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment with zero downtime for the application.
+ Should have a good understanding of the industry standards, tools, security and development practices and as well adheres to them consistently. Has solid grasp of software design patterns and approaches; understands application level software architecture; makes technical trade-off decisions at application level.
+ Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operational processes; works to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks.
+ Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline reliability and system performance.
+ Design and implement scalable data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT practices.
+ Document systems, workflows, and data lineage comprehensively.
+ Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
- 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
- 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 4 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment, developing and implementing business systems within an organization, and working with source code control systems
- 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, defect or incident tracking software, web services, and application and integration middleware
- 4 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
- 4 years of experience working with three or more of the following: Continuous integration/continuous deployment tools, frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, and/or DevOps
- Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
