This role will oversee production performance, process improvement, team development, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple shifts.
Requirements:
• Injection Molding Leadership Experience
• Multi-Shift Manufacturing Management
• Process Improvement & Troubleshooting
• Team Development & Performance Management
• Automotive or High-Volume Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• Experience with Robotics and xrczosw Automation is a Plus
