Starting at $14-18/hr or commission (whichever is greater)

Plus tips and retail commission.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Cosmetology License

Compensation increases are earned through:

• Availability and reliability

• Client retention and rebooking

• Marketing and social media efforts

• Continued growth and education

Estheticians

Starting at $14-$18/hr or commission (whichever is greater)

Plus tips and retail commission.

Requirements

Guest Service Coordinators

Starting at $9/hr

Compensation increases are earned through:
