Entry-Level Lathe Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Operate and assist with manual lathes and gun drilling machines.
• Load materials, monitor production, and inspect parts for quality.
• Follow shop drawings, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Entry-Level Lathe Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Entry-level: no prior machining experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoe
