Product Management Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Management Analyst in supporting our MAT category in delivering high-impact products. This role will focus on data analysis, market research, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration to inform product strategy, identify opportunities, and help drive product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist product managers in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Analyze product usage data, market trends, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Create and maintain product documentation, competitive analysis, and user journey maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure product alignment and timely delivery.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Support product roadmap planning by researching industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
• Help manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

"The total target compensation for this role (base + sales incentives) is $120,000 - $130,000. All full-time positions come with comprehensive benefits starting on day 1, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, and PTO.
