Join our outstanding culinary team as a Server/Dining Room Attendant No Late Nights, Great Benefits, and Less Stress!
Deerfield is a resort-like community of 650 residents locate on 125 acres in South Asheville, with residences for active older adults, assisted living apartments and skill nursing. Were seeking friendly, dedicated restaurant professionals who want a rewarding opportunity with a better work-life balanceproviding exceptional dining experiences for our residents without the late-night shifts. Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in restaurant service, with a passion for providing excellent hospitality
- Friendly, professional, and attentive to residents needs
- Team player who thrives in a positive, upscale environment
- Must be able to consistently walk and stand for several hours at a time.
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with Deerfield residents and staff
