Deerfield is a resort-like community of 650 residents locate on 125 acres in South Asheville, with residences for active older adults, assisted living apartments and skill nursing. Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in restaurant service, with a passion for providing excellent hospitality
• Friendly, professional, and attentive to residents needs
• Team player who thrives in a positive, upscale environment
• Must be able to consistently walk and stand for several hours at a time.
• Weekend and holiday availability required
  
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with Deerfield residents and staff
