Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage consumers at events, pop‐ups, and in‐store activations.
Deliver product education that builds trust and drives purchase decisions.
Capture lead information accurately in our CRM system.
Meet daily and weekly interaction targets while maintaining brand standards.
Provide immediate feedback to supervisors on consumer trends and event logistics.

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or GED; college coursework a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and a genuine, upbeat demeanor.
Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable standing for long periods and moving around event sites.
Desire to grow quickly; ambition to step into a supervisory role within 12 months.
