- Build and sustain a productive team through strategic hiring, continuous training, personalized coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Champion the implementation of consistent, industry-leading practices and policies.
- Keep the leadership informed with precise, timely reports on production efficiency, downtime, costs, and more.
- Lead safety awareness initiatives, resolve safety issues, and investigate any incidents to prevent future occurrences.
- Innovate and enhance processes by actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
