Paralegal Specialist
Careerscape is recruiting for a Wilmington law firm that needs a senior level Paralegal Specialist to handle complex corporate law matters. You'll work independently on sophisticated transactions and provide critical support to attorneys.

- Manage complex corporate transactions from start to finish
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts and agreements
- Conduct due diligence and organize transaction documents
- Coordinate closings and post closing matters
- Research corporate law issues and regulations
- Maintain corporate records and governance documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and agencies
- Mentor junior paralegals on procedures
- Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and paralegal certificate required
- 5-7 years of corporate paralegal experience
- Extensive knowledge of corporate law and transactions
- Strong drafting and document review skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Detail oriented with high accuracy standards
- Professional communication with clients and attorneys
- Ability to work independently on complex matters
