Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics | Fayetteville, NC
Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time | CCC-SLP Required
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for children with autism and communication needs in our Fayetteville clinic. This role includes occasional travel to support our Durham location. We offer a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teammates.
Position Details
- Primary Location: Fayetteville, NC (clinic-based)
- Travel: Occasional support provided to Durham clinic
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
- Reports To: Clinical Director
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy for children with autism and developmental delays
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC recommendation/implementation, social communication, and feeding needs as appropriate
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary communication and clinical meetings
- Maintain compliance with ASHA, state licensing, and AutismCOE policies
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (required)
- Pediatric experience (preferred)
- Experience working with children with autism (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinic-based team
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)
