N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions (NTDRS) is seeking an experienced restoration / reconstruction Project Manager (PM) to manage projects from initiation to completion while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience managing restoration and construction projects due to fire, smoke, water, tree, and storm damage, etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and oversee projects from initial assessment through completion

• Build and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project

• Perform onsite evaluation and create project plan, scope, schedule, and budget

• Review estimates and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client’s needs

• Obtain proper documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and related records

• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carrier

• Coordinate daily work for the team

• Supervise ongoing activities onsite to make sure they’re carried out according to plan

• Ensure safety guidelines and protocols that align with industry standards are being followed

• Track project progress, create detailed documentation and reports, and provide regular updates

• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Experience in managing construction projects

• Able to read blueprints or technical drawings

• Computer literacy and proficiency in DASH, MICA, Xactimate, and Microsoft 365

• A good understanding of construction process, procedures, building codes, and safety regulations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities while maintaining a sense of urgency

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

NTDRS is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company. We are an authorized and approved vendor with all the major insurance companies who send us their insurance property claims as well as the top three third-party vendors.

This position is based in our Winston-Salem, NC office. The ideal candidate is located in or near Yadkinville or Wilkesboro, NC. The hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
