Job Overview:

This role involves leading weekly marketing efforts, supporting cutomer engagement, and managing targeting marketing projects. You'll create newsletters and social media posts, track customer membership satisfaction, help with design work, and assist with promotions and local visibility. You'll start part-time while learning our systems and approcah - but if you can take initiative and keep yourself productive, it can quickly become a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

-Marketing & Content Creation

• Design and send weekly email newsletters using Mailchimp or similar tools
• Create engaging weekly Facebook posts using photos from recent jobs
• Select and lightly edit job photos for use in newsletters, social, and mailers
• Ensure all marketing matches our upscale, service-focused brand voice
• Contribute creative ideas to attract new customers and grow brand awareness

-Customer Membership

• Track current customer memberships and usage
• Ensure members are satisfied and informed about the services they receive
• Support the renewal process with follow-up messages or prep work

-Special Projects

• Execute targeted marketing programs (e.g., neighborhood outreach)
• Research local addresses and demographic data
• Design and coordinate mailers, flyers, or community offers
• Create basic logos and branding assets for custom campaigns

-Website & Listings

• Make simple website updates (promotions, landing pages, copy edits)
• Keep our Google Business Profile accurate and optimized

-Reporting

• Track email, social, and customer engagement metrics to measure results

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Proficient in Canva or Mailchimp
• Strong writing and visual communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Bonus Points For:

• Experience filming and editing simple marketing videos (job sites, promos, testimonials)
• Using video emails or messages for customer outreach
• Familiarity with light SEO, paid ads, or CRM tools
• Prior experience in the home services or contractor space
