Automotive Service Management Experience Required
A well-established dealership in the Charlotte market looking for a skilled, motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department to the next level. Responsibilities -Service Manager:
- Oversee daily operations in the service department and keep everything running smoothly
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment where people want to give their best
- Ensure top-tier repair quality, fast turnaround, and an exceptional customer experience
- Manage workflow, technician dispatch, and productivity targets
- Handle warranty processes, OEM compliance, and customer escalations professionally
