Outside Sales Specialist
National Coatings is looking for an opportunity driven "hunter" to join our growing team as our newest Outside Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and pursue prospective customers utilizing industry knowledge, market research, and networking.
- Proactively engage new prospects through cold calling, cold emailing, in-person visits, professional networking, and other business development methods.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline through consistent outreach and strategic account management.
- Re-engage with past customers to understand their previous experience and re-establish the partnership.
- Collect, track, and manage lead generation and other customer data within the CRM system; regularly generate and analyze reports regarding sales activity, pipeline process, and customer engagement.
- Stay informed on current products and services, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the commercial paint and overlapping industries.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, with demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals
- Industry experience or familiarity with commercial / industrial / retail painting, general contracting, commercial construction, or other similar and transferable skilled trades
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, goal-oriented / with an opportunity driven, goal-oriented "hunter" mentality
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard business / sales platforms, technologies, and applications
