Position Overview

As an RN in our Weekend Warrior Program, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform nursing assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• New graduates welcome – training provided
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
