Our challenge


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .Net Developer with expertise in Angular and SQL. Experience in leading team members, oversee project development, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality software solutions.


Additional Information*


The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role



Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain .Net applications.
  • Implement front-end features using Angular.
  • Manage database design and SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
  • Deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a .Net Developer, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core.
  • Proficiency in Angular framework.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a .Net Developer, with leadership responsibilities.
