- Verify demographics, insurance, and contact information carefully
- Collect copays and balances accurately

- Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical records
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and provider
- Support an efficient, organized, and professional front office
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior medical receptionist experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Ability to problem-solve and use sound judgment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to learn office systems and follow established workflow
- Stable work history
- Critical thinker who can recognize problems and respond appropriately
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Calm, respectful, and professional under pressure
- Able to prioritize tasks without constant supervision
- Takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and patient service
