**Job Summary:**
The Senior Corporate Counsel - Real Estate will play a critical role in providing legal guidance and support on a range of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, dispositions, and development. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and provide sound legal advice to real estate business partners.

**Where is the work:**
+ On-Site (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Flexible). From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires and what suits you best.
**What you will do:**
+ Provide legal counsel and support on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
+ Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate-related agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements (and amendments to existing leases), estoppels, SNDAs, and construction agreements.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and development teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of real estate projects.
+ Manage and coordinate with external counsel on complex real estate transactions.
+ Stay current on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice and risk management strategies.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to real estate and corporate matters.
+ Provide training and guidance to team members on real estate legal issues.
**What you will bring:**
+ J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
+ Member in good standing of a State Bar Association
+ 4+ years of experience practicing as an attorney; experience as in-house counsel preferred.
+ Strong real estate background with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through skills.
+ Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines within a changing, face-paced environment.
+ Flexible and adaptable - unafraid of ambiguity or a challenge
**Compensation:**
Base Pay Range: $150,000-200,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
