Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $58,790 per year Description We are seeking a motivated and talented Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our brand image and managing communications with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster positive relationships with the public, media, and other key audiences. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media representatives and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare analytical reports on public sentiment and coverage effectiveness.
• Organize and coordinate events, press conferences, and media briefings to enhance community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in a similar role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
