Bilingual General Laborer
Our partner in Concord, NC is seeking Bilingual General Laborers (English/Spanish) to support production, material handling, and warehouse operations. These are full-time, long-term opportunities offering a consistent MondayThursday schedule, competitive pay, and a stable manufacturing environment. About the Role
The Bilingual General Laborer plays a key role in daily production and warehouse support. This position involves material handling, basic assembly, equipment assistance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates with forklift experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist with general production and assembly tasks

Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility

Support warehouse operations; forklift experience preferred

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish

Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Perform basic quality checks and report issues to supervisors

Ability to lift, move, and stand for 10-hour shifts

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Forklift experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)

Schedule: MondayFriday, $15/hr
