About the Role:
The Care Giver plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence while maintaining their dignity. The Care Giver will work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- Experience working with individuals with specific needs such as dementia or physical disabilities.
- Training in specialized care techniques or therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health and well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
