Lead Solutions Engineering Officer (Remote)

In this strategic role, you will be tasked with building and nurturing a world-class Solutions Engineering organization. You will oversee the entire technical customer journey, from initial demonstrations to onboarding and ongoing success. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will set the vision for technical excellence and establish best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will drive performance and ensure our Solutions Engineers can deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Accountabilities

• Build and scale a high-impact Solutions Engineering team with a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Define career paths, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.
• Establish onboarding and certification programs that enhance team effectiveness.
• Drive technical discovery, solution design, and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for product development.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to strategize go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles within Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.
