Job Description:
Evolve Landscaping is hiring a dependable Watering Technician to maintain plant health across residential and commercial job sites. This role involves daily watering, monitoring landscape conditions, and supporting overall site quality.
Responsibilities:
• Water trees, plants, and turf on assigned routes
• Monitor soil moisture and plant health
• Adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions
• Report plant stress, irrigation issues, or damage
• Assist with general landscaping duties as needed
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying conditions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Landscaping or irrigation experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with irrigation systems or plant care
• Ability to follow schedules and work independently
