Join Mountain Credit Union as a Full Time Contact Center Representative and bring your expertise to a dynamic and member-centric environment. You'll have the opportunity to engage with members, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch service while working onsite at our Candler, NC location or possibly another MCU branch such as Franklin or Waynesville. The pay for this exciting position is $20.50 per hour and up based upon experience .

Requirements for this Contact Center Representative jobTo excel as a Contact Center Representative at Mountain Credit Union, candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist members over the phone and online chat. Proficiency in using technology and software tools is essential for navigating member accounts and resolving inquiries efficiently. Prior experience in the financial services industry is essential for familiarity with banking products and processes. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure will contribute to providing excellent service to our members.
