Job Summary

• This role is critical in ensuring infrastructure scalability, performance optimization, and compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

• The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to forecast capacity needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and performance management for midrange systems and infrastructure.

• Develop, maintain, and refine capacity forecasting models using advanced analytics.

• Deliver executive-level summaries and actionable insights to technology and business stakeholders.

• Analyze performance testing results using tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, and Performance Center.

• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to model infrastructure performance and growth.

• Review technical documentation to assess system performance and capacity implications.

• Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities related to audit, compliance, and risk management.

• Provide guidance on system and application performance improvements.

• Ensure alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and disaster recovery standards.

• Contribute to initiatives related to information security, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Capacity Management or related infrastructure roles.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, performance tuning, and capacity modeling.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

o Splunk

o AppDynamics

o DynaTrace

o SAR/PerfMon

o TrueSight Capacity Optimizer

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Working knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks.

• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
