Role Overview

The role involves leading the Technology PMO function to support the multi-year SAP transformation . It requires establishing program management standards and overseeing integrated program planning. The director will ensure consistent governance and delivery health assessment, providing executive-level insights to steering committees. The role also includes defining program delivery methodologies and managing the program tooling ecosystem. Organizational change management and training strategies are aligned with enterprise frameworks, ensuring readiness for cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
