Master Scheduler

Job Title: Master Scheduler Location: Burlington, Texas (76519) Type: Contract Compensation: $75 - $75 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Overview We have an exciting new opportunity for a Master Scheduler to join a fast-paced project team in Burlington, just north of Austin. This role is critical to ensuring the successful sequencing and coordination of schedules for large-scale construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who bring data center (DC) construction experience. Key Responsibilities + Independently develop, sequence, and manage project schedules from start to finish. + Collaborate closely with General Contractors (GCs), keeping them informed and aligned on project timelines. + Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust schedules to maintain project milestones. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability across all phases. + Provide reporting and updates to leadership on schedule status and project performance. Qualifications + Proven experience as a Scheduler or Master Scheduler, ideally within DC construction projects. + Strong ability to independently sequence complex schedules without heavy oversight. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with GCs and cross-functional teams. + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in fast-moving environments. Compensation + Competitive compensation range: $75/hr, depending on experience + Open to discussion based on candidate background and expertise.
