What you will do
- Pinpoint and pursue new business across prioritized North American markets.
- Design and implement strategic and tactical growth plans aligned to commercial goals.
- Partner with front-end sales to deepen customer engagement and accelerate opportunities.
- Uncover customer challenges and configure tailored, value-creating solutions.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform positioning and plays.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with clear, recurring activity and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market and delivery.
Maintain compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines in all activities.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- At least 8 years in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Solid understanding of the transformer services industry and market dynamics.
- Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results orientation.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50%.
