Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Property
Full-Time | EPA, CPO, HVAC Certifications Required

We’re the hiring agent for our residential property management client. We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a busy apartment community. In this role, you’ll manage a skilled team, oversee preventative maintenance, ensure quick and high-quality repairs, and keep the property safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and schedule a 24-hour on-call rotation; respond to emergencies promptly.

• Oversee repairs, unit make-readies, HVAC servicing, and groundskeeping.

• Manage inventory, track work orders, and ensure all tasks meet quality standards.

• Train and supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

What You Need:

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (residential preferred)

• High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus

• EPA, CPO, and HVAC certifications – required

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
