CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Wilson, NC 27893 – Southern charm, historic sites, and proximity to Raleigh and North Carolina coast
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital (294 beds, Level II Trauma Center)
• Employment Type: Travel healthcare contract
• Start Date: September 29, 2025
• End Date: December 29, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12:30pm – 11:00pm (10-hour evening shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2500–$2560
• Patient Population: Geriatric, adult, and pediatric
• CT Equipment: GE CT scanners
• Electronic Health Record: Meditech
• Dress Code: Scrub color: any (no tee shirts without lab coat)

CT Technologist Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• CT Technologist certification (ARRT CT registered)
• BLS certification
• IV insertion skills
• 3D post-processing experience
• Meditech experience preferred
• At least 1 year of CT Tech experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients
• Operate GE CT equipment for high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Complete IV insertions and 3D post-processing procedures
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in Meditech EHR
• Collaborate with radiology and hospital staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Maintain professionalism and compassion with patients and colleagues
