Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members in all aspects of landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, and basic irrigation management.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the timely completion of daily and weekly production assignments.
- Organize and collect necessary equipment and materials for each project.
- Monitor work quality and provide guidance to ensure high standards are met.
- Participate in safety meetings and promote safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsive service.
- Prepare timesheets and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Keep work areas, equipment storage, and vehicles clean and organized.
- Identify turf and ornamental issues and recommend solutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation
Hourly pay range: $18 to $22.50+, depending on experience
