Job Summary

Crown Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, along with a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and more.
• Diagnose and correct HVAC system issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Complete service documentation, reports, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet job specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments (rooftops, crawlspaces, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
