We are looking to grow our turf and plant health services team, and this position will be an integral part of our Turf and Plant Health Care division. We treat both lawns and plants, but we are looking to find someone with strong experience in treating trees and shrubs.

Ideal candidates will have some formal education as well as several years working experience, a sound understanding of landscapes, agronomics, ability to communicate, act professionally, and most importantly, a passion for the outdoors and a desire to serve others. This is a working position, and team members will be expected to perform spray treatments to our customers’ properties, as well as being first line in troubleshooting turf and plant issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities will be to plan, organize and execute turf and plant health applications to our residential and commercial customers. This position will report directly to our Operations Manager. This is an opportunity that has a progressive track of leadership responsibilities, and as the company grows, so can the roles and responsibilities of this position.

Experience:

Preferred but not required, 3 years in Horticulture / Green Industry with a progressive history of responsibilities.

1 year of spray applications experience

Safe operations of spray and mechanical turf equipment

Valid Driver’s License
