Are you a hands-on pro who loves solving problems and making things work? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our property management client—someone who takes pride in keeping apartment communities functional, and welcoming for residents.

From HVAC fixes to unit make-readies, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the property in top shape. You’ll work closely with both the Service Manager and Property Manager , using your skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and more to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Rotate in a 24-hour on-call schedule; respond to emergencies within 15 minutes and begin repairs within 30.

• Prep vacant units for move-in—trash out, repairs, cleaning, and final touches.

• Keep common areas looking sharp—sweep sidewalks, remove trash, tidy pool areas and hallways.

• Complete service requests within 24 hours whenever possible.

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Support routine property inspections and flag maintenance concerns.

• Maintain an organized, clean maintenance shop.

• Report incidents or property concerns to site management promptly.

What You Bring to the Table:

• EPA Certification – required

• Pool Certification – required

• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances

• 2+ years of experience in apartment or residential property maintenance

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

• Clear communication and a strong focus on safety and quality
