Job Responsibilities:
· Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting
· Project Management to include, schedule, budge, personnel, and resources
· Business development and relationship management for public and private clients
· Coordination and supervision of multiple crews and survey CAD technicians on day-to-day operations
· Perform other work as directed including assisting survey manager with estimates and proposals, preparing field packets, and compiling deliverables in CAD
· Creation of boundary, topographic, and easement maps
· Assist engineering & surveying management with requested assignments
Job Qualifications:
· Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) required. North Carolina and/or South Carolina PLS license are preferred
· Must have experience building business relationships with current and potential client
· Must have experience with Easement/ Right-of Way Surveys, Plats, ALTAs, boundaries, property descriptions and topographic survey
· Experience with CAD and survey computation software including Civil3D, Carlson Survey and Trimble Business Center
· Field experience operating survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, Scan Station, sUAS)

PTO & Holidays: As an employee of EEI, you will accrue up to three weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. You will also receive seven paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). EEI closes the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day to promote our top core value of family. This will be paid time off in addition to the normal PTO.
